Ben Swain has been serving the hospitality industry since 1990. With a degree in Textiles from NC State, Ben has been working with design firms, purchasing agents, management companies for his entire career. He spent 13 years in sales with Milliken Carpet and in 2002 started Swain Associates built on the principle that outstanding customer service, establishing trust and relationships are the keys to success.
Sheila Treat handles customer service for all the companies we represent. Sheila's attention to detail comes from her background working in the banking and accounting industry and the desire to take care of the customer is in her DNA. Sheila enjoys the challenge and the fast pace of the hospitality industry and shares my passion for creating value by providing quick and accurate updates and information to all of our customers.
