Ben Swain, a hospitality industry professional for over three decades and NC State Textiles graduate, has built his career collaborating with design firms, purchasing agents, and management companies. His sales expertise with Milliken Carpet and the founding of Swain Associates in 2002 reflect his commitment to exceptional service, trust, and strong relationships.

Wes Swain, a December 2024 University of Georgia graduate, brings a passion for people, authentic connections, and customer service. With a major and start in entrepreneurship, he joins the industry following in his father's footsteps, committed to upholding the Swain legacy of trust, authentic service, and meaningful relationships.

Sheila Treat manages customer service for all the companies we represent, bringing an assertive attention to detail from her background in banking and accounting. Her dedication to customer care is second nature. Sheila thrives on the fast pace of the hospitality industry and shares my passion for creating value by delivering quick, accurate updates and information to our customers.
